Baby Jack will be making his appearance is less than 86 hours...3 1/2 days...The countdown is really on now! Oh how I hope that all goes well during his scheduled delivery for this Thursday, May 26th at noon! I hope that the boys will adjust well to our new member of the Harrell household.

I cannot wait to meet you sweet boy. To cuddle you, and love you and show you the magic of the world around you. I cannot wait to see your Daddy hold you for the first time and for your big brothers to hold you. We are anxiously awaiting your arrival little one...with the most open arms you could ever imagine! See you soon!

Our Saturday started off well!

The B-man was sick last week from Tuesday night - Friday evening. No other symptoms but a darn fever that would continuously spike, ultimately making the poor babe lethargic. Broke my heart to see him so miserable...but he woke up on Saturday morning, raring to go.

Spent the morning at Bass Pro and playing in the Commons water spouts...

And had plans to go home, eat lunch, take a nap and have playdate with the Hipsh girls. Well, Wade woke up with a fever, accompanied with pretty scary respiratory distress and wheezing...For some reason, every time the little guy has any type of infection, it works his way into his lungs and we start the breathing treatment regimen until it all clears up. Albuterol in the nebulizer...Pulmicort every morning and evening...We spent the majority of Saturday night and into the wee hours of Sunday morning doing breathing treatments and cuddling. Think we are all through with the fevers and hope a few more days of breathing treatments will make all of the germs go away for good!!

By this evening, all seemed to be back to normal!! Yet, another Christmas present from Aunt Lowie that we just un-wrapped and unveiled!

Fishing with our Daddy-man

From picking out the perfect pole, to helping Daddy assemble the poles and tackle box...to instructing Mommy that squid is in fact not squid, but bait. Whoops. To casting and reeling and enjoying one of our last humidity free days....

Thank you Cotton's for letting us enjoy your beautiful dock and view while you all were away!

The Caterpillar

The boys school devoted a few weeks to learning about the life cycle of a caterpillar...how they start as an egg, then a caterpillar, then a chrysilas...then into a beautiful butterfly! What a learning experience this was for them. They will proudly tell you each stage and about what happens. They watched the caterpillar turn into a butterfly and even got to hold the butterflies, while in a tent on the play yard. Wade was grief stricken when it was time to let the butterflies 'fly away'...poor guy. So, we now just have to hunt for caterpillars on a daily basis upon stepping foot on the front porch, as we found one lone little caterpillar and spent nearly an hour following it across the concrete.

Having children really opens your eyes to the beauty of life...They can each recite each and every word to the popular book The Hungry Caterpillar...amazing how much like a sponge they are at this age!!

Perfect in every way

My Mother's Day morning was spent sleeping in...breakfast made by my man...homemade cards, my favorite magazines and a Barnes N' Noble gift certificate...tons of kisses and hugs and I love you's...could not have been more perfect in any way!

We then celebrated Mother's Day with our own Mom's...the Nana aka. Lainie and the Grammie aka. Debs...and Gator and Pops too! We played and relaxed and just enjoyed a Sunday spent with family...

They are going to kill me one day...but I cannot resist! I love sweet toddler hiney's...

Playing football with Daddy in the front yard:

Wade lost interest at some point. Maybe he was acting as our garden gnome?

Pure happiness...he is in heaven, as long as we are playing some type of sport that involves throwing a ball!!

And I think playing ball with his kiddos makes this man quite happy as well...

The Daddy man already has them running bases, hitting balls and sliding into home plate...

Once again, Wade and Brody, thank you for being my children...not that you have a choice, but, you know, for being the little guys in my life who make the world go round. And thank you to my sweet husband for continuing to spoil me rotten. I love you!!

Mother's Day Celebration at school:

How incredibly wonderful it is to be a Mother. I still cannot believe that these two little kiddos are mine. They are spunky, hilarious, smart, handsome...I could go on and on. And I cannot believe that we are about to add another sweet boy to our family...to say I am blessed is a MAJOR understatement. Thank you Brody and Wade for making all of my dreams come true...

The scene was all set...playground spotless...tables all lined up with flowers and tablecloths...little lanterns hanging from the trees...Then, in the schools tradition, each class walked out the back door to present their Mommies with a song and a special homemade gift:

The 2 year olds came walking out...immediately bashful, some running to their Mom's, some started to cry and some just stood there, looking at the sky. They practiced and practiced their special song all week: 'I will Love You Forever, I Will Love You For Always'...and what do you know. Not one kid ended up singing it....melt. my. heart. Wade presented me with flowers and a beautiful bag, made by Miss Biz, with his handprints and picture and a sweet little poem that actually made me tear up!!

Then...out came the 3 year olds...They were all ready to go and sang their little hearts out! Except Mr. B-man. He became all bashful, sat on his bottom, and looked at the ground...My sweet shy boy!! He also presented me with flowers and a painted pot, filled with little flowers and the cutest 3 pictures you have ever seen...

Once all of the classes were finished with their songs, my boys loosened up a bit, broke out of their shyness and had a ball. Thank you to all of the teachers for making my Mother's Day extra special. We love you all so much and feel lucky each and every day to have you a part of our lives. When you ask B or W who their best friend is in their class, Wade will respond with "Miss Biz" and Brody will respond with "Miss Jamie". I think that says it all!!

Mimi visits!

Mimi and Grammie drove over for the afternoon last Monday to have one more quick visit, before Mimi headed back home...We picked the kiddos up early from school, spent time at the park, riding bikes, playing in the back yard and eating a delicious dinner together!

The highlight of our evening included stickers:

Ha!

Caden's 3rd Birthday!

We, once again, packed up the car and high tailed it to Tallahassee for cousin Caden's 3rd birthday party! It was held at Fun Station Jr...a place filled with bounce houses, arcade games, blow up slides and more fun than any toddler or child could possibly imagine!! We had a fantastic time, celebrating with friends and family, who came from Macclenny and Palm Harbor...what a blessing!
