Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun

This weekend started off with a party at the boys' school for Valentine's Day! Their teacher, Ms. Sara, put so much work into the party...Thank you so much "Ms. Sa-ya"!!
Thank you again Grammie and Pop's for a WONDERFUL weekend! We love you!
We took the munchkins to their 18 month check up and shot appointment yesterday! They are both almost 34 inches tall and B-man is weighing in at about 30 pounds and Wade is weighing in at 32 pounds! We have ourselves some VERY healthy babes!!! They took their shots in stride , and after a camo band-aid and a lollipop, all was good in the world. They are developing just perfectly...as if we did not already know this :)
I will be 8 weeks pregnant on Thursday and will have an appointment at 8am that morning. I am not as far along as we initially thought...meaning when we found out I was pregnant, I must have been 3 1/2 to 4 weeks pregnant...VERY early!!!!! I am saying many prayers that the pregnancy continues to thrive and remain viable. I guess it is a common worry among Mothers, especially after you realize what a miracle having a child really is! Here is a little picture from the Internet, showing what our 3rd little miracle might look like at this point...

I am so in love with these two little monkeys. They are so stinkin' cute, I can hardly stand it. (Nothing like a Momma braggin'...hehehe. I know. Gag me...but I cannot help myself!)
Look how BIG they are getting! They will be 18 months old tomorrow. Sniff. Sniff
Check out my artwork on top of their Valentine cake for school. Ummm...stop laughing. I never claimed to be good at baking or decorating. I couldn't write with the darn icing thingy, so I just drew hearts and laughed the entire time. Happy Valentine's Day!

This weekend, the Garber family came to visit from Tallahassee! We played hard, slept hard, ate tons of food and had a great time catching up! When we woke up Saturday morning, Elizabeth had the great idea of taking all of the kids to park! We called Whitney and Campbell, and they met us there too...
Elizabeth walking with Cole and B-manAll of the kids loved the slide. They went up and down, up and down, and up and down...

Wow. Was it ever nice to get away for the weekend. Just time for me and Todd. The Mommy and Daddy. We saw Avatar in 3D, grubbed at Carrabba's, relaxed, went to bed early, and woke up just as early (must be our internal alarm clocks kickin' in...), ate breakfast in bed, took a nap and came back home!!!! Our bed and breakfast was incredibly quaint and romantic, with amazing food, a comfy bed, superb views, a huge garden tub and everything we could have asked for.
Brody Lee...sensitive, smart, inquisitive, tender, sweet soul; everything is "mine", hates to share Mommy and Daddy with Wade, loves getting a bath and splashing, would prefer to do everything on his own, is repeating every word you ask him to repeat, loves all foods, cannot go to sleep with out water, says, "Wade" every morning when he wakes up; Loves to cuddle with Daddy on the couch and is momma's little love...
Crazy bed head:
Daddy telling Wade all there is to know about life...or, maybe just not to go in the street?
And of course, discussing the importance of trucks...Daddy bought the boys a little present...a new tunnel to crawl and play in! They absolutely love it...it has little mesh windows all throughout and they play peek a boo through them and chase each other through the tunnel! How fun to have a playmate at all times!
We are awaiting our appointment with my OB on February 11th to make sure all is well with our 3rd little Pea in the Pod! While we are thrilled with our little miracle, we do understand how important these first few weeks are for the viability, health and overall well being of the baby. You just never know at this point!! Please keep the little one in your prayers that all goes to plan and that I have a healthy and stress-free pregnancy! Thank you for all of the well wishes, via email and Facebook! xoxo
